Tadi pagi saat jetting karburator kok karburatornya berkeringat sampai netes-netes air?
Adakah yang bocor?
Seal bocor?
Darimanakah sumber airnya? Dari bensin?
Setelah googling-googling, ternyata fenomena karburator berkeringat adalah biasa.
1) Almost all carburetors use a venturi to draw fuel in to the air stream and atomize the fuel. Air on the front face of the carb is at atmospheric pressure, and there is a vacuum on the other side. Moisture or Humidity in the air is normal, and "sweat" forms because of the cooling effect of the carburetor body by the changes in pressure and flow of air. Compression of that air in the cylinder actually heats it, and the moisture vaporizes in the combustion chamber. Under most circumstances this should not cause any engine problems.
2) Well when gasoline is vaporized it cools dramatically. So, if the temp of the metal drops below the dew point you will get condensation on the outside of the carb
Jadi penyebabnya adalah :
- Pendinginan pada badan karburator. Pendinginan disebabkan oleh udara masuk dengan kencang. Pendinginan juga disebabkan oleh penguapan/pengkabutan bensin.
- Evaporasi udara, akibat proses pengkabutan antara bensin dan udara. Udara yang lembab mengandung air. Nah kandungan air inilah yang juga menyebabkan banyaknya keringat air.
Jadi jangan resah galau gulanda lagi yah kalau karburator berkeringat :) .
